David M. Shesgreen practices in Hannig Law Firm LLP’s business and real estate law groups. He has counseled clients in the formation and restructuring of various entities as well as the refinancing of multi-million dollar commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining the firm, he was in-house counsel at a mortgage bank in San  Francisco and held a senior management position at a mortgage brokerage in Oakland.

After completing a BA in History from the University of California, San Diego in 1999, Mr. Shesgreen obtained both his JD and MBA degrees from Santa Clara University in 2003. Mr. Shesgreen is licensed to practice in California. He is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association
