Peter W. Daniel practices all aspects of civil litigation. He has worked in the areas of employment law, personal injury defense, environmental law, contract law, admiralty law, family law, bankruptcy, immigration law, municipal law, and estate planning. He has represented clients ranging from individuals to non-profit organizations in state and federal courts and administrative bodies.
Mr. Daniel has appeared as an expert legal panelist answering questions from radio listeners live on the air. He has also lectured to professional organizations on a variety of legal issues.
Mr. Daniel is licensed to practice in California. Mr. Daniel is admitted to practice in all Courts of the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a 1995 graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, where he earned a Certificate of Specialization in Environmental Law, and earned a scholarship to attend a national environmental law symposium in Washington D.C. He is a 1991 graduate of UC Berkeley where he majored in history. He lives on the Peninsula with his wife and two daughters.
