Teresa E. Cichucki is the senior real estate and business paralegal at Hannig Law Firm.  Teresa's extensive experience allows her to deliver legal cost benefits and a high level of services to clients.

Teresa's work focuses on commercial real estate, with extensive experience representing commercial property owners.  Her real estate experience includes complex purchases and sales, 1031 exchanges, restructures, transfers, financing and leasing.  Teresa's work also includes business matters encompassing formation, maintenance, dissolution, restructure, financing and purchase and sale.

Prior to joining Hannig Law Firm, Teresa was a paralegal in San Jose with a concentration in emerging high-tech companies.  She is a 1992 graduate of Quinnipiac School of Law, admitted to practice law in all Courts in the State of Connecticut.  Teresa was an attorney in Connecticut prior to her move to California, practicing in the areas of tax, securities, finance, business law and real estate.  She is a graduate of Vassar College, where she majored in biopsychology.  Teresa lives on the Peninsula with her wire-haired fox terrier, Einstein.  In her leisure time, Teresa enjoys running and aspires to be a lifetime marathon participant.
