Land Use Planning
The firm regularly represents clients across the full spectrum of matters related to property rezoning and obtaining all approvals necessary to subdivide and develop sites and vertical improvements. One of our attorneys brings his experience as a mayor and councilman of a local city to this area of our practice.
Several of our attorneys have experience in formulating rezoning requests and appearing before zoning boards, commissions, and councils to obtain necessary rezoning. This experience includes formulating and coordinating efforts to eliminate or minimize opposition to required rezonings.
