Ellen B. Haas is a 1995 graduate of the University Of San Francisco School Of Law and has an undergraduate degree in business administration, emphasizing finance and accounting.

Ms. Haas focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration and probate, having received early training in the areas of civil litigation, real estate,and business transactions. Her practice is comprised of estates of varying sizes. She assists those clients with high net worth on a broad range of personal planning matters, with an emphasis on wealth preservation and wealth transfer.She routinely counsels clients on various planning opportunities and sophisticated planning strategies available to them, and also assists them in implementing their philanthropic desires. For those clients of more modest means, she prepares basic estate plans, consisting primarily of wills and basic revocable living trusts.

Ms. Haas is licensed to practice in California. She is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust section of the American Bar Association; the Trusts and Estates sections of the California State Bar Association, the San Mateo County Bar Association, Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Silicon Valley Bar Association, and is a member of the Legal and Tax Professional Subcommittee of the Jewish Community Endowment Fund.
