Lori A. Kish is a 1992 Dean’s List graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Law and an honors graduate of San Jose State University’s School of Business.

Ms. Kish focuses on real estate and business law.  She also has extensive experience in complex business litigation including real estate, commercial contracts, and construction defects as well as significant in house corporate experience.  She provides clients with a unique combination of transactional and litigation experience in real estate, business, and corporate law.

She previously worked as a real estate broker specializing in commercial development, leasing, and property and project management, and achieved entrepreneurial success as the creator of an innovative, nationally-acclaimed computer camp for kids.

Ms. Kish is licensed to practice in California. Ms. Kish is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California; the United States District Court for the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

She is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association (Real Estate and Estate Planning Sections), the State Bar of California (Real Estate and Trusts and Estates Sections), the American Bar Association, the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
