David M. Woolfe - Attorney At Law and Partner

David M. Woolfe is a graduate of University of San Francisco School of Law, and attended the University of California at Davis as an undergraduate. While at USF Law, Mr. Woolfe was awarded a prestigious clerkship at the California Supreme Court, in its Central Staff division. Since his graduation in 1997, Mr. Woolfe has practiced as a civil litigator. His activities as a litigator have covered a broad range of practice areas, with specialties in employment, construction, insurance, bad faith, general commercial and personal injuries. In April of 2004, Mr. Woolfe was co-trial counsel with Ted Hannig for the case of James and Aida Celotti vs. The City of Redwood City, a landmark eminent domain case in which the Court held that the City’s taking of property from HLF’s clients was unlawful and unconstitutional.

Mr. Woolfe is licensed to practice in California. Mr. Woolfe is admitted to practice in all Courts of the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section.
