The firm regularly represents clients across the full spectrum of matters related to property rezoning and obtaining all approvals necessary to subdivide and develop sites and vertical improvements. One of our attorneys brings his experience as a mayor and councilman of a local city to this area of our practice.

Several of our attorneys have experience in formulating rezoning requests and appearing before zoning boards, commissions, and councils to obtain necessary rezoning. This experience includes formulating and coordinating efforts to eliminate or minimize opposition to required rezonings.

Our attorneys are familiar with zoning and development ordinances in the localities where we practice and have developed close working relationships with the representatives of the governmental planning and land use departments. Our representation in these matters encompasses small local developers to regional and national firms.
