William R. Warhurst is a 1980 graduate of UCLA Law School and a 1977 graduate of UC Irvine where he majored in chemistry. He is licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada as well as in the U.S. Court of Claims, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and all U.S. District Courts in California. While in law school, he externed for Justice Robert O. Staniforth, Fourth Appellate District, California.

His practice emphasizes real estate and contract disputes, as well as family law, employment, and general business litigation. He is a member of the Family Law section of the San Mateo County and Santa Clara County Bar Associations.

In 1989, he received Martindale-Hubbell’s “A.V.” rating. Mr. Warhurst is active in Redwood City community affairs.
